The Qlink is in the op now as the all the toons information is public as possible. I originally had a 20 bil b/o in mind i feared it would be bought instantly so 20-22 ish I would accept and send right now.

I do like the character a lot but 1mill sp per 1 bill isk is the normal going rate for top end character so 20-22bill is a bit much I unfortunately don’t want the character that badly to over pay for it.
I will go 16bill max so if that is a bit low for you i respect that but then I’m out.
I’ll be online for a bit if you wanna chat, but if 16 bil for the sp is acceptable, could we bump it a bil since there’s 1.4bil of implants at least? also you are hoping for a rush buy so 1 bil for speed? 18 bil can’t be that far off that’s like 600 mil off the implants value and sp value from your offer. I hope this does not offend and we can make a deal this morning.

I understand what you are saying about the implants but I don’t need them so I’m not paying for them.
As per forum “Items cannot be listed among the character’s valuable assets, only skills, implants, SKINs, and reputation.” Maybe I do not understand, it says to list them as an asset to be added into the sale. 16mil sp for 16 bil you agree. If you are unsure about buying something used I cannot unuse it? Is 17 bill okay?

yes you can list them that is true. But i don’t have a use for them. But I understand that it will be a lose for you to sell the character with them and you can remove them.
