As per the rules of selling a char, ISK must go to the character being put up for sale, and then you can transfer to your chars from there. i will send you isk and an eve mail with the account to transfer the character to.
Please let me know when you can transfer characters and isk will be sent before starting the transfer.
Your in a FW corp, it may not let you until you drop to a starter corp
Ah, yes. Characters being transferred must also be in NPC corp for sale. Please leave current corp and try again, ISK ready to send upon confirmation that character can be transferred.
FW is considered NPC, but i guess in terms of transferring, it doesn’t apply.

It has been one week with no replies or updates, and ISK was sent. After 24 hours from this post, if you have not transferred the character, I will be left with no choice but to create a ticket and report this with CCP.
Hello, it has been 9 days now and I can no longer keep waiting, I retract my offer to purchase. Please send isk back asap. Ticket was created due to inactivity in this thread now, but will be canceled if isk is returned.
