I did not get any email notification about the transfer processing happening.

Please provide the emails or notifications of the transfer here for verification, before I raise a support ticket to CCP for assistance.

Please provide proof that you have started the character transfer process because I did not get any email notification of this.

In another 12 hrs without further news I will file a support ticket with CCP to get my ISKies back.

Please submit a ticket on your end on this and let me know if there are any issues.

I have also submitted a ticket to CCP on my end to check if the transfer for the two characters were ever started
