This was my old perfect OGB booster before the changes. It’s perfect in every sense for that with the ability to fly multiple T3’s, maxed fleet skills, and cybernetics 5 for the implants. This character can quickly be trained to fly T3D’s, Command ships, or whatever else you want for fleet boosting. It’s in a perfect starting spot for that, plus it has a good name. Your enemies won’t be able to tell who the fleet booster is.
