You need to post here using the character being offered for sale and confirm that the character is indeed for sale. I then send the 56b to that character, and eve-mail my account information to that same character. After that, you just follow the instructions here: https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203465481-Character-Transfer
