If he did it via ticket (PLEX) it will take time especially since it’s Christmas i imagine CCP is running on low staff (or no staff lol). They probably have not gotten to his ticket.

The timing of the reimbursement coincided with the skillboard page going error 400 - character transferred or (more likely) revoked.
The dude was in a 1 man corp for 2,730 days prior to the sale listing.
The alt the guy provided (to me, when I asked) for follow up and verification has been in an npc corp for 2,443 days.
Joined the forums the day of the listing. No prior participation.
That’s all probably just a coincidence… 8=/
