Hey there, just letting you know, top level faction bcus go for about 3 bil, this one looks about 1 to 1.5 bil, thats without knowing the actual damage modification it provides.

This would be up there, the extra missile damage of 1.183% alone pushes it up in isk, the extra 1.40% to rof does the same, the cpu is a minor issue.
Not the best out there, but easy 1.5bil if no a bit more.
The best bonus is only an extra 2% to damage and rof.
