It’s still not fixed for me, for the char that logged in right after DT. I’m not visible to others either. Which means not all people are visible in local.
Local ghosting was a thing back in the day when they added new chat system, good to see the thing didnt change. Thats usefull knowledge for people running around null and low sec doing anything.
