IM not reading all this, i just wanted to comment.
Instead of simply buffing the Kronos, which was 1000% the obvious choice, dumb it all down and balance it all out until its all just a difference in skins. 
I just heard something that reminded me of the EvE decision making processā¦

The homefront dread site can be completed in 2,5m for 17M isk for each of 5 people in fleet. Everyone wants doing only this site.
Thats why certain remote cap transfers and augorors recently were bought out from many places. Someone even did bought many particular remote cap transfers before patch, in Jitaā¦
Mining, gas huffing, wormholes, abbysals - NOTHING can compare to homefront dread site farming currently with risk+investment vs isk/h farmed. 90% of my corp went from null to highsec to farm it.
Itās a short lived event, why does it matter.
It makes people undock and mingle, it makes people do different things for a bit, skill requirements and ship investments are low so almost anyone can do it either with some friends or you bring along some relative newbies (or if youāre an unlikeable person youāll use a bunch of alts), it scales income wise to the number of āhaving some friendsā, it temporarily changes supply vs demand on some items so producers and traders are happy, and itās competitive so people keep running into each other.
Yes the income is silly, thatās why itās attracting people. And no, Iāve not done this myself since Iām not a fan of the concept of events.
Im pretty sure (I hope) that ships are balanced thinking about PvP and thats it. When it comes to PvE, the NPC is balanced and adjusted according to the player ships.

I have not seen anywhere the duration time.
With the free omega and buddy invites its simple to have 5 alts you can multibox for free.
After you buy the 3 month pack in the new eden store and have 5m SPā¦ all accounts are Omega and free as long as you sell back the injectors. Its been this way forever and has gone from being pure profit to being an investment. This system was developed and put in place before PA bought the game so they could buffer the value of the company as high as possible before sale.
This is why we have so many multiboxers using input broadcasting controlling most of game nowā¦ along with war hqs obviously.

Canāt we go to a simple time when all marauders were used for was to enjoy peak PVE?
