Right, I was just looking for any info on this. Good to know it’s not a problem with my PC or installation.
You’re always on a mission, it just isn’t scripted…and it pays better. 
seems resolved now? i was getting the same, just a empty window, exit game, there was a small patch, relaunched game, missions working again.
have the same issue here with level 4 missions ,sec 8 , just a blank page , went to a different system , sec 7 , same thing , cant do any missions …
seems to be getting more buggy especially with this last cradle of war ,

I decided to log back into the forums to check the new unbelievable bug…

UPD Sorry I haven’t noticed the launcher update. Relaunched all windows some times but the update hasnt triggered and I haven’t noticed it. Now they work
