What ARE catalysts? Do you even know?
There was a time, a long time ago, when mining and industry wasnāt just for carebears.
When PvP players did things like build POSs, and war decked, and they even went to Thera.
There was a time in New Eden when people werenāt either rabid killers or greedy hoarders.
Players would create their own stories, stories that had plots,
so you cared whose structure you were bashing and why they were crying in local.
And I believe that time can come again!

But I dont believe CCP does, and I dont believe they will allow it.
This is because CCP likes money.

According to the megakrabs next door, dreams and adventure dont pay CCPs bills, infinitygrind riskfree does.
Or they walk and take the game with them.
Seeing whats been happening over the last few years, they may have a point in that regard.
I have said it for years - the fundamental problem is that nobody at CCP plays the game, and none of them understand why we do.
Those that do seem to hang with the big nobs in Null, from what Ive seen.
I think they think thats āhigh levelā or āend gameā or something equally dull

I have no idea, I dont do them. Not since the first couple when I realised it was Resource Wars dressed up and a pinata scramble.
When we declared war on them a few weeks ago, they cried harder than many carebears do, and then forcefully deleted the war and threatened us.
Donāt they normally just crab in Jove space? How could you even get to them?
I donāt know, but I guess they didnāt want to leave it up to chance?
Anyway, that should give people some insight into the kind of people developing the game.
Developing isnt really a suitable word anymore I dont feel.

The topic might be about shooting ventures but not for everyone as I noticed yesterday that the focus was more on Mobile Tractor Units rather than finding ventures.

Good. Then I hope youāll be suitably uncomfortable when the stated āgankersā¦you are safeā comes into fruition. We all know they are not going to remove ganking from highsec. So youāll just have to rattle on in irrelevancy for years more. Isnāt Eve fun !
Iāve decided for a bit of fun Iām going to make a new character and mine in a venture.
Around Jita and north in the ganking sys close by and see if I can avoid being ganked, I canāt believe so many new pilots are dying to gankers, one guy on Reddit said he was ganked 20 times, like wtf.
So come and hunt me, the 1st ganker to get me will get a prize, Iāll start next week and mine for a set time each day.
If I survive a week then gankers should have a forfeit what do you think.
Maybe make it easier and I will mine ice only
