2017/11/13 - Post Downtime Login Issues

unable to click “accept” on the eula because the button is missing, i assume its for some reason been cutoff because it appears to have cut off some of the eula agreement… any way to fix this ?

I have pressed “Forget All Accounts” and when I Accept the License Agreement and log into my account the area of the screen which used to have my accounts pinned is blank. I use two accounts and cannot log into either of them because of this.

how are we supposed to eccept the new EULA when the launcher does not desplay the accept button

this worked, running the executable launcher directly afterwards and NOT via steam.

The EULA sometimes has ACCEPT buttons, some times does not. The few times the LOG IN screen appears, it is badly cut and impossible to navigate without using the “TAB” button to see lower parts of the window. Using STEAM to log in does not work at all. Using the usual account credentials just lag the (now blank) screen.

Someone already mentioned that for those who don’t see an accept (or cancel…) button for the EULA should just restart the launcher and it will appear eventually. I can confirm this. Just keep trying. It took me like 10 tries for 1 account, it really seems to be random. (and i got not only the accept but the cancel button too!)

Oh CCP, this slip deserves a cool christmas gift this year… So we can forgive you…

no Accept button for eula.

Shouldn’t, and yet, does. I have to log in my main account every single time I open the launcher and it’s been that way since the patch on the 8th. I’ve reported it as a bug days ago.

Yup, this sucks! Can not follow CCP instructions to log out accounts because when using Steam launcher I can not even get to the main screen of the launcher as there is no way to make the EULA box go away. No matter what I click, it just comes right back. No way to log out accounts, or do anything in fact. Not impressed.

Just close launcher reopen and do it again, it will work eventually
When it works you don’t have to scroll to see the accept button, it is there at the bottom easy to see

Of 4 accounts, 2 had no problem, one I had to do this twice, one took three attempts

But it does work and you don’t need to clear you cache

In fact EULA accept button don’t show on client …
accepting EULA didn’t help , btw steam login don’t work too

I cannot accept EULA because there is no accept button (it is somewhere behind window border and cannot be scrolled to)!!!

This is my issue as well. I can get through the EULA and accept it, but when I put in my account info and press login, it just comes up with a blank window and does nothing more.

Just keep attempting to log in and eventually it’ll show you the accept button. It’s a joke but it’s how it is.

same for me just goes blank after login info

We currently have a fix for the issue in testing, and hope to have the issue resolved soon.
