Hey guys,

We’re currently investigating an issue with our login system that’s affecting a small number of players after a ~4000 player disconnect.

Updates will be provided in this thread as the situation becomes more clear.

We’re currently investigating issues with the login system, and hope to have this issue rectified as soon as possible.

Investigation into the current login issues is still ongoing.

The login issues now appear to be resolved. Please restart your launcher and/or system if you’re still experiencing issues.

Root cause of the original issue is still under investigation.

Hi guys. I have big problem. I can’t log in to eve game. I unpinned my account from game launcher and now after I push on log in button, and after I use my username and password the next page remain blankpic1

Socket Close and Disconnect from Clients… in AT / EU
Massive Undock / dock delay….
Delays in entering WH …
Delay in Login with the Accounts …
No reaction from Clients Actions.

Restarted Modem, ping is good, no packet loss. I can Play Other Online games Like Quake Champions …

Clearly the login issues are back. OK all day now 3 out of 4 sessions got socket closed and those clients will not log back in any more

I tried normal login, got the “Could not refresh token for user XXXXXX.” So I logged out that account and tried to log in, now I get a pop-up for login credentials (what was wrong with the old system?) and with the proper credentials in I get:

There was an error while validating your account, please try again.”

I’m scared to try it with any of my other accounts.

my launcher’s stuck at refreshing authorization after getting my socket closed. kinky! starting exefile directly even tells me tranquility’s offline.

Yep. Attempted to login, Username and Password did nothing. Main screen just says ‘Log in’.

I cannot log in either. Socket closed. Now cannot log in. This AFTER the launcher had an “update”. I guess it was not tested before release or something

Its funny 3 accounts log in fine two stuck on refreshing authorization.
