hours or any downtime is unacceptable as most say myself included they need do more testing before release every release have has problems cause not access original game coding so how can you improve something have no rights access lol

It is extremely uncommen usually with normal patches they get it done in 15 minutes. Today however might be the biggest overhaul eve will see this year. So it is of no surprise to me that something went wrong

I hope you are restarting for further testing.
I participated in both tests. Why should the load be an issue, though? Wasnât this stuff outsourced to AWS because of the load since the more powerful servers could handle it better? 
And since it is getting an overhaul, maybe it should be developed better and more extensively and tested more thoroughly with not just 2 mass tests 2 weeks before deployment? Again: We should not support and reinforce this kind of incompetent development.
