Not here it isn’t - I suspect it’s more ‘pot luck’ if you can get on, than national location.

Socket Error FIX : Launch client, before choosing character, press ESC to enter menu, go to settings, reset cache and reload client
So far so good here. Was able to get in. (US)
maybe you should reset your cache?

this problem is very similar to one of last patches ccp brought no local and no corp or allince chat it living in wh all over again ccp you sure you didn’t move the chat part to another part of server?
