Sounds like the same argument I get from my customers when they tell me it’s my fault their internet doesn’t work after their dog chewed the line up… No matter what, it’s my fault.

Its not there fail they got DDOS attacked be glad they where monitoring the game instead most just start it up and check 24 hours later,
