is anyone else having connection issues? I have done the usual reset cash etc but nothing as of yet. Dont want to start playing around further with things if its connected with the DDOS attack?

Did you try - “Socket Error FIX : Launch client, before choosing character, press ESC to enter menu, go to settings, reset cache and reload client” ?
