2018/04/26 - Mass Disconnect Due To DDoS Attack

Was able to log on to my alt account with the steam client.
Not able to log in with the regular eve client with my main account.

cant even hit play on the launcher it just keeps spinning

Cleared cache, restarted client, uninstalled and reinstalled and still cannot log in, keep getting Socket Closed. Right in the middle of ice mining.

Happened to me too, I had to log out and re-sign in.

I restarted everything including the computer. no changes here… cant even get to login screen. client wont load after launcher loads.

After restarting PC, it worked. Try this.

I deleted my game from Steam and downloaded the eve launcher and everything worked after a restart.

try restarting your pc after clearing your cache
was finally able to login after restart

I am not reinstalling Eve Online again… facepalm

i just verified the game files it deleted some “stuff” cleared cache restarted and worked fine for me
I wish you the same success
