It didn’t work
The cache and settings folders are kept in the following location %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\
To open the folder please press the Windows key + R on your keyboard and then copy and paste the above line and press enter. This will open the correct folder location.
I read that yea… I checked it out. I did not do it yet. Afraid Ill have to re DL everything or a bunch of stuff ?
Has anyone restarted PC and it’s still not working? Verify the cache in the laucher settings window, then restart. That’s what I did to get it working a few minutes ago.

I can open the shared cache option in the options but it wont let me verify, I verify AFTER I delete the cache?
how do you verify the cache?
It has to parse the cache before the verify button will light up to press it.

When I try to verify my files the ‘Verfiy’ button is greyed-out, and I see the line "Some indices were not available’. Am I doomed to a re-install ?
apperly when i get “socket cloesed” when i try and log in i say logged in even after 10mins
