You have no idea what you are talking about.
BTW Since I’ve read the EULA, I agree I’m not entitled to any compensation for CCP’s failure to provide service that I pay for (and have paid for 12 years). However I’ve yet to find anything in the EULA that prevents me from voicing my opinion of the quality of that service. Perhaps you could find that section for us…

I wonder when CCP will stop tinkering with the server. For weeks we had log in issues every week. When will their server development teams learn to work according to good practices instead of trying voodoo tricks on the servers?
