that’s premium subscription, not server time. 99.9 uptime requires the kind of infrastructure you’d find at Amazon, Google, Akamai and Hotmail. And for that you’re paying a LOT more than $15 a month.
I got so lucky that night. Had to work late, so I didn’t patch right away, but read the forums first. The forums were on fire with that issue. So I wound up not patching until CCP fixed the problem. Back then there was no skill que, so luckily I had a long skill training and didn’t lose any SP. There were many not as lucky though…

I get that there will be issues every now and again but this is getting pretty annoying now. Another couple of
Plex paid for wasted because of issues. Perhaps CCP should be adding game time or issuing Plex for periods of downtime.
