In this context “trusted” means that you already authorized to use the service. Like “eve login” happens near you, at your ISP for instance, then your packets are marked so they can go thru the trusted channel to “eve cluster” at CCP network wich is far away. It’s not someone elso who you need to trust but you make your traffic trusted for accessing remote services. Others who are not authorized can go to CCP the untrusted (current) way, including attackers.
I’m not saying “please stop using your alts to post the same crap over and over to try to make it look like multiple people agree with you so you can get free stuff” because I didn’t just check your chars ingame and look at how old they are or see that they are all the same age/corp/person.

Any clues to reimbursement queue length (lost 6b of ship/pod last night due to lag/disconnect) and would quite like to be knowing state of play before weekend.

Well, I’ll be a bit miffed losing 6b for no reason. Totally understand risk/reward - but I know the risk going into abyss and rewards is rng. I had no control over disconnects from DDoS so should be reimbursed fully ( ie not just destroyed items - but everything fitted and whole pod)
Not sure how they will reimburse all losses due to lag/disconnects - I guess they will have a way to tell ?
Still being disconnected about every ten minutes. Not worth playing. Do you need help finding the true source of these DDoS attacks?

U.S. Player, 21:35 utc (eve time) same problems as before with the disconnects and logins and rubber banding and lag. I dont blame ccp itself for this problem, but it is their responsibility to us as paying customers to get the problem sorted out.
And in general with service being so poor and disrupted I do expect some sort of compensation, even if all it is is just omega time for the days lost to this. Nothing grandiose. (but hey I wouldnt turn down bigger free stuff come on who wouldnt) This is no different then my isp or other services I pay for having to reimburse for loss of service over a extended time. Keep up the good fight ccp, and please get this sorted out.

EU here, dc every few minutes.
East Coast USA, random disconnects and massive rubberbanding. Unable to get back into game. Looks like repeat of the last 2 days.
Same as last 3 days. Slow to log in. Occasionally can’t log in. Client unresponsive to commands. Disconnects.

The game has been basically unplayable for 2 days. I’m guessing this is more Chaos Error changes – because, well, this is chaos.
Expecting reimbursements for time lost the last 3 days. Get the issue under control already.
