@Adelrad, you are not experiencing disconnect issues but rather that you can’t connect at all? And in the Client logs there is an “Invalid answer from server GetServerStatus” error?
I have been getting this screen since the problem started.
I managed to log in ONCE, several day ago when I posted my own post Connection to Server was closed, unable to connect on port 26000
but after that, no mather how many times a I tried regardless the hour I just get that Screen.
Just a heads up VM is sending us though sweden again!

I have started to get disconnections again twice it has happened now it just disconnected
After Virgin Media made a fix in the early afternoon on 3 Mar (between 13:30 - 13:45 UTC) then all was good over the weekend until last night when there were small disconnect spikes at 01:01 and 03:25. Since then all been quiet.
I replied to the email thread we had with Virgin Media and Liberty Global to let them know of this latest development.
But: If this continues then you, as customers of Virgin Media, need to open cases with them. Even after the fixes before the weekend then the graph was a bit noisy. After the disconnects this morning it is actually a bit more quiet, but then again this is Monday morning and so less people from the UK are online.
Virgin Media has responded to the email I sent this morning confirming that they received it.
Yeah the graph is looking a bit noisy over the course of the weekend, which was after the Virgin Media fix. As no one was replying in this thread over the weekend though, I’m assuming those disconnects are not related to Virgin Media.
I was online 15:30 to 18:00 or so on Sunday and didn’t experience any issues.
I hate to add to a thread that looks ?mostly? resolved, for those who were watching the news about a former British convict settlement of Australia getting inundated with water, might allow a little lattitude when I say for most of the past week and a bit this disconnection problem has not been isolated solely to Mother England.
Most of my AU-TZ people have the same problem, those that have a VPN say that by setting the endpoint to a UK exit, the disconnections cease.
In times past people used to be able to bypass the launcher and log onto the cluster directly. Modifying the launcher to allow direct connection to alternative endpoints would restore some of what EVE used to do.
Failing that, has CCP considered partnering with a VPN provider that promises not to suck at their BGP setup?
I’ve had a couple of disconnects since the “fix” but it’s a lot better than it was before.
