yeah posted there caus eI could not find anywhere meaningful to leave my “ticket”. in all honesty i feel like ranting at them (VM) for ruining a perfect weekend :stuck_out_tongue:

Looks like you can only call VM from what others have found as well. We all need to post in this VM Community thread (the more people who do, the better) and keep bumping it: Eve Online Connection Issues (Fault Ticket = F0096... - Virgin Media Community - 4951509

I’m trying to find a live chat person but all their help pages are offline. Thinking of switching to sky, could probably get it installed quicker than virgin will take to fix this.

As a comparison: I’m on Sky Broadband in the UK and that has been stable (to be honest, I’ve found them to be quite helpful over the years).

All credit to CCP for trying to get an issue that’s out of their control fixed. Their approach seems much more responsible and helpful than Virgin Media’s has been.

Hi Guys.
Ive started using Proton VPN this morning ,… played ok but then went into Abyssal and disconnected 3 minutes before the exit. Got out ok but to me this now tells me VPN doesnt work unless you guys have once that seems stable. Ive been disconnecting 4-5 times a day for 4 days . It was fine before that

Hiya I am using Urban VPN which is a free unlimited one and I used it since yesterday I had no disconnections so far not one, maybe you can try this.

Response from VM:

The ticket was raised yesterday as soon as we were made aware and I can confirm that our IT Team is looking into this. We don’t have an estimated time but they will be liaising with third parties and aim to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Don’t think this is limited to Virgin Media.
I connect through Talk Talk which rents BT resources I believe.

Not sure if my information is relevant to this thread because I’m experiencing similer issues as described above while using the Beta Web browser client from West Yorkshire UK.

Posting in case you need to broaden the scope of the investigation.

Looks like the issue for me has now gone away, been online for a couple hrs with no drop out

Yup I can confirm that too, still disconnecting constantly.

Halfway through the rugby, peacefully salvaging, then “connection lost”… sigh…

[edit] logged back in, got as far character selection screen then thrown off. Logged back in again, this time got as far as ship returning to last spot then thrown off…

just had 2 disconnects within moments of each other

Same here, just DC’d.

Same one after the other, it’s disconnecting us all at the same time. I really shouldn’t be doing faction warfare right now : P
