They actually responded that they don’t have a handle on it and are working to figure it out. Which is just a factual update.

maybe it didn’t get to the server rightly, making me loosing my money and not getting the ship, without any log capturing the purchase because of brutal disconnection

DOH! I get to log in after work and immediately all my accounts go dead and it’s acting like it doesn’t recognize my passwords.
Admin folks, I appreciate that you’re all working on this but this just keeps happening, so at least throw us a bone again in the form of skill points.
If not I’m going to look at some other games and give up on Eve for a while.
