Also…yeah. The abyss with your recent connection problems doesn’t help. Before that, it was mostly a case of “oh well”, i’ll just check back later. Now, people lose actual isk, and a lot at that. Lately even on a regular basis. I’m of course not sure what the issues are, but there is way too much connection losses wth not enough explanations lately. Heck not lately, over the past months. That and the lack of customer support or proper response to issues makes me really reconsider the sub that is due in two days.
I’m sad. I keep returning to eve since 2008, and that’s the only mmo i ever returned to since then. I feel like that time is over and I really miss actual community support. That was what kept me here, eve was different when it came to care about customers. Sadly not anymore. I’m not talking about the login issues right now. That’s a general sentiment.
