This fix worked for me, on the launcher click the E in top right. Click “Shared Cache”. Click Verify let it run, it will take a while. When verify ends Close that window. Next click the E again and click Refresh. Close launcher, Open launcher then try to log in, it should work.

if you don’t want to have trouble withEVE, you need to buy the new super PACK.
It’s about 1M £ but you can play even when there is a trouble.
It’s work for me.
Thanks for the input, I tried it and no dice. Who knows when I will get the game back. Thanks for putting it out there though. It might help someone else. Plenty of computer noobs like me in game. Those that know a work around are appreciated if they put it out there.
