5 Day anchoring in M-OEE8

Question - Why does Structure anchoring in M-OEE8 take 5 days when other systems its only 1 day

I think like this they tried to stop ppl from Citadel Spamming…
But as you see, most dont care and spam anyway.

I can’t say for certain, but I’m guessing it’s related to this (from the CCP article on structures):

If your alliance doesn’t control the Infrastructure Hub of the system, anchoring an Upwell structure takes an extra day per level of Strategic Index. It will still be invulnerable during the entire anchoring process.
