It is not about the isk of the structures. It is about how the op reacts that makes these thing worth it.
It is the same reason you have people asking why would you loose isk on a ganking a noob ship?.. because it might be the pilot was streaming and his reaction might be worth it.

you show a video where Adrian Vexier isnāt even in local and you say you beat him. There were 3 war targets in the system, two on-grid - a Praxis and a Vexor, another one was probably off grid or cloaked, ready to pounce on you. You were in a Drake at ~100 Km, too far for them to shoot at you, yet too close to be warped at - the mark of a coward. That video you provided only shows you lied again to us and got pwned in-game.
I donāt see you shooting at their drones or them.
It seems more like those war targets were baiting you into fighting but you only stood at a distance and watched your station getting rekt. They donāt seem to be in danger from you. They seem to have decided or received an order to let the station recover so that they lengthen the war - a common tactic.
