A universal "NEUTRAL" password when visiting ANY system and don't get killed?

Alpha accounts have been abused since their inception, though CCP finally removed a few of the abuses they were being used for. Namely ganking and the AIR SP thing.

I’ll give you that. My alpha accts are named Alpha Abuse 1, 2 and 3! :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:

Even without paying, alphas can get up to 20 mil

Which is utterly stupid of CCP to do.

well they have to use skill injectors only, which some will pay RL for daily injectors, or just pay the isk for them, or make enough isk to buy the large, but in the end its still better overall to buy the dailys as they’ll in the long run get more SP than with the large since after 5 mil a large only gets you 400k

10 daily injectors = 500k = 600m
1 large injector = 400k = 770m

OP

Can you please Biomass your toon and uninstall the game and never come back

This already exists, but it’s called co-operation. So what you do, is you talk to people that frequent a system. I used to sit in the same one for hours doing whatever-not-your-business. If you just pass by or stealth along, I’m happy enough to let you pass. If you want to rat, then that’s fine too, but we do need to make a little deal. I must add I am unaware of current data such as drop rates, but here’s an example for your convenience.

The reason we didn’t want neutrals to rat our haunt was because of certain rare drops we’d like to trade in for ourselves. Now, some of these things are dropped by enemies a new player is unlikely to kill anyway. If that new player agrees to inform us of certain spawns we’d even be willing to pay them a finders fee (as it saves us a lot of time).

But you do not farm my haunt without acknowledging me. Our interactions need not be hostile, but interact we most certainly will.

:ghost: boo love it.

It all comes down to effort. Meh…

Alpha accounts should not have forum access.

Aw, I would not go that far. Their :wine_glass: makes up for their lack of effort! :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:

YEah, fine, but let say I give you an Insurance letter for 1 TRILLION isks if you or any other of your corp kills me whilst I’m in your WH space (assuming you have sovereignity over that WH)…
I have an OPEN fleet so anyone of your members can come join any activity and vice-versa, I could come and partecipate in any of yours…

Let say I work in DUAL, or we are THREE Fleet guys, so we have a Logi, a BC, and a BS…
We go after rats or other stuff and you want to get in…

If you have signed the “insurance” letter, I will know that you are serious about not PVP-ing me
. You could use an ALT to do the work… but if you are ALSO in the same FLEET as us, and someone pops up in the WH with BAD intentions… like… your corp is at WAR with someone and a TITAN shows up… Now you need to defend your POS or whatever…

But the bad guys just target US and kills us…
WHO pays???

Being part of Fleets, there is sometime a clear MOTD with an insurance policy, where everyone has to sign before logging in, and pay 15Mil collateral in advance…

I think a similar thing could work in a broader way amongst all of EvE community capsuleers, but logically Every corp will have their own KIND of MOTD and Insurance policies. So content may vary in greater depth than a barrel of Old Oak with 100 years of Aged Red Wine in it…

Your in their space and could be carrying good loot; it literally doesnt matter if your neutral, if anything it makes you a target.

You make things WAY to complicated with your insurance idea.

But the bad guys just target US and kills us… WHO pays???

You do. You decided to be in the same system as our POS. That means you run the risk of running into our enemies’ fleets. What, you expect me to reimburse you for a loss just because it happened on my doorstep? Ok, let me make something very clear.

  • I never joined fleets to PVE.
  • The fact I did not own a Titan, doesn’t make me the Good Guy.
  • Whomever brings a Titan into lowsec to kill a POS kind of deserves the RF cycle.
  • I only Fleeted up to PVP. I already expected to lose my ship. You NOT expecting that is why you’re doing all these mental gymnastics.

I’m a pirate and a PVPer, but not a horrible person. I have never needed any insurance, as I flew with other PVPers that turned out to NOT be horrible awoxers and such. It turns out that paranoia is for the rich, as the poor can easily find a friend to go and kill their first miner or FW farmer. Those activities breed friendships. Come on comms, and kill with me. You’ll learn the best ships in the game are friendships, especially those of the homicidal maniac-variety.
