Points are not awarded fairly. The explorators receives noticeably fewer points with significantly more real time spent. Battle part takes 10-15 minutes in pocket. But when you scan, you can search it for hours!

Yeah I agree…
However, the main reason for it is the combat tasks have more risk of losing a ship compared to the hacking tasks…
Also CCP wants more destruction so they make the combat tasks have higher point rewards to entice players into running that aspect of the event…
