Fixed the naming.
Maybe it’s not nice to say it publicly, but I think he has a perceptual barrier somewhere. You probably understand what I mean. It’s why I’ve never made fun of him, although in anybody else’s case I would.

Yeah I totally get what you mean. You said that very nicely.
Boy, I filed a Que-choisir LITIGATION.
Lawyers will show up at Fenris doors soon enough.
Maybe Meridian knight understood I’m dead serious about laws.
Not only that.
I wrote part of the EU Litigation against Ubisoft.
And I have A LOT of EU members - Customer service addresses
Yeah, what do you sue them for? Emotional damage? -_-
And NOT ONLY THAT! I am pretty sure the Icelandic Parliament will issue a full public apology to you. Hell, no… The European Union will make a law called the LEX QUEOTZCATL that will prohibit any mechanics in online games that could cause uncomfortable experiences.
Can’t wait for you to save the world! Go on!
It’s as easy as transparency. It worked when EVE had to put an EUR tag along all their PLEX transactions.
But in this case they don’t have to provide any evidence they actually looked into the LOGS, pubicly define what differentiate a BUG from a LAG, and publicly publish the results of the investigation, because it involves REAL MONEY, even if in virtual form. We are talking about 20K PLEX or 650Eur of loss here.
If you are not concerned enough you haven’t yet connected all the dots.
Multiply that “BUG” for 1000 Customers and we are talking 6.5K Eurs. In 10 minuts of “disruption”.
This could become a Class action very easily.
Sorry, @Queotzcatl , the logs show nothing™.
I connected all the dots here at this forum and they all point to a single outcome…
@Meridan_Night
I suppose you get that one.
You are not the Fenrir legal team.
Stop pretending you know better.
Oui?
Non!
I bet you won’t win. They will tell you you should have turned your propmod off while inside a tachyon cloud in the abyss and then dismiss the case.
How do you know I was inside a tachion cloud with the first lost ship and clone if I didn’t made any video of it? Are you just assuming it? No because I’m curious.
Did the actual PM looked at your answer and copy pasted it?
How did He/She knew then I was inside a tachion cloud AND with my MWD on? By Telepathy?
Or they actually looked inside some logs to determine the outcome?
Isn’t a bit strange that her answer arrived just minutes after I posted the second ship video and you gave your verdict? Like a funny coincidence?
And didn’t you noticed I clicked for the ship to turn immediately back and she instead continued straight on her path to death? Or She remained freezed for four seconds millimiters from the second canister without opening it, with it being right in front of the ship and with no obstacle in between? I leave the MWD on so I can jumpstart in to the next canister, and taht allows my low DPS ship to have that chance to clear all the canisters, whilst first I have to kill all foes. It’s just a decision like another. It’s not a declaration of death when used in the right way…
Can you focus on the Telepathy part?
Damn, you got us. You are really on something big. We are all working together. Expect this to be deleted soon. And I can’t tell you more, especially not here. We are being watched!
I already exported a PDF copy of the whole conversation with timestamps, Sir.
Damn, we had no idea you could do that…
I watched your video. What happened was this: after you killed the cache it turned into a lootable wreck. But the wreck was behind a huge rock more than 5k m away from you (thus not directly lootable from where you were). Auto-approach through clicking on ‘open cargo’ didn’t work because you were stuck on the huge rock. In that situation you have to manually pilot to clear the rock first before you can use align/open cargo command to approach the can.
This is a common thing in the Abyss (at least the few times I’ve run them, I nearly always have the cans spawn behind some huge obstacle or another).
What came next was the speed boost from the cloud which accelerated your ship beyond the Abyssal pocket. Thus resulting in your ship exploding/imploding.
FC does not reimburse for abyssals.. plain and simple.. That was there stance when they added them to the game.. doesn’t matter HOW, WHY, WHAT, WHEN.. they will not reimburse you.
good luck on trying to get any lawsuit.. the EULA and TOS clearly state, anything in game belongs to FC, not Queotzcatl.
you have no interest in invested time in this game.. I think in another part of the TOS it states you will basically lose your account if you bring a lawsuit against them (paraphrasing here)
Mp. What happened next I circled the rock, looted the canisterm then travelled to the next canister, and the ship freezed emm awy from the canister, uncapable of approaching it, opening it, and move on. The Command stack then read immediately a change in direction command, but only once, bc I clicked immediately to turn back to the canister, but the command was ignored.
this is the whole sequence of event.
EVE have a GUIDELINES statement it must follows, that we all follows,
youare implying FC is over their own COMMUNAL GUIDELINES and have
imperial power to do what he wants at any time, ignoring its own GUIDELINES.
Do you think this portrays you or the FC in an optimal position?
I kindly disagree. I always used logic for all my reasoning and accepts my losses, when inevitable.
I almost never complained about ship loss in the Abyss.
I stopped doing them.
It seems I care for the overall situation to get better and more liveable for all capsuleers this time around. It does not mean the next time someone will lose it’s ship in the Abyss, will have the same set of favourable circumstances to help him get a refund. But it might help him have a better experience overall, and everybody would go back to business as usual just better engineered and more fun and profitable for both sides.
If we players get more iskies to spend, the market will recover, more people could feel more incentivized to activate an Omega plan.
Don’t look only at the darker side of the story you contributed in crafting.
You ‘‘froze’’ because there was a huge chunk of rock between yourself and the can. There was no lag. Just a ship being stopped by a massive object. You have to manually fly past the rock in such a scenario, straight approach won’t get you past.
