Forget the sneaky is there a Forward Operating Base in my system today and just add a F.O.B. to every system. High - Low and Null.
When players log in they will have to clear the F.O.B. from the system or deal with it.
Why do you always have to look over your shoulder like someone is trying to stick it up your asteroid belt?
I agree… matter of fact, add two of them to every system, that should keep 'em busy.

Few more ideas like this and CCP will offer you a full time job!
If we have F.O.B. in every system, it will clearly make players less overwhelmed.

Don’t stop there. Add triglavian invasions at the same time, old school ones that roam around and camp on the undock ! Best Schadenfreude ever in EvE Online.
