Adding 2FA does not provide backup codes

Is this an oversight or intentional?
When adding 2FA it is usually customary to provide backup codes to have an alternate means of logging in if for some reason your phone is not available (lost, damaged, what have you).

I think this should be added asap.

This is VITAL for Authenticator 2FA.
