Advanced and Elite Infomorph Synchronizing

So we got Advanced and Elite Infomorph Psychology, why there aren’t respective advanced and elite skills for the Synchronizing skill?

Would be clone jumping once per 9 hours (for a cost of hell lot of SP and 536mil ISK for skills) be that overpowered? Why?
