AFK NOTICE to friends and corpies

It would be nice while DOCKED if we were able to have a panel for when we need to give notice when we step away to use the loo or grab a water, cold one snacks etc, /

The notice would on work when DOCKED, only corp members and those contacts that are +5 or better.
