That you choose to believe EVE Online is a milk spilling game is your prerogative. What others ultimately choose to believe EVE Online is about is NOT YOUR PREROGATIVE.
Butthurt! Butts . . hurting . . . everywhere . . . always! Or, maybe you just need your eyes checked (or your head).
Shouldn’t cry over them, shouldn’t fight over them, and generally shouldn’t expend more effor over them than they are worth, however: What you choose to believe is your prerogative. Other people’s choices of what to value and how are NOT YOUR PREROGATIVE.
Is this sinking in, yet?
You’re not persuading people to play EVE your way. You are commanding them to. Stop. (<- That’s a command. How do you like it?)
No one chooses anything. Neither free will, nor individuality are valid arguments, and your totalitarian way of thinking will never get past anyone around here.
Any and all argumentation against “self responsibility” will go nowhere. No matter what you say or do, the path forward leads to more self responsibility. A vigilant population, aware of the fact that there are others who might shoot them, even if it’s just NPCs who will shoot them. They will accept suicide ganking, and will try it as well, because “why the hell not”. A population, growing into fleets and communities, into friendship and combat. Vigilantism and self defense.
It’s exactly the opposite of what people like you want, and i’m really happy that griefers like you have nothing left but crying on the forums.
You shall not pass.
I complain about your shite all the time, doesnt seem to make a difference.
I’m not commanding you to do anything dude. I literally just said your butt-hurt with Dom was funny. You said something about perogatives and a bunch of stuff about feelings or something. Really I think the lesson to take from this is that if you get butt-hurt about small things like video game losses you need to have a good long look in the mirror and sort your priorities out. I think we can all agree on that can’t we?
Good.
For we’re living
In a safety zone
Don’t be holding back from me
We’re living from hour to hour down here
And we’ll take it when we can
It’s a kind of living which recognises
The death of the odourless man
When nothing is vanity nothing’s too slow
It’s not Eden but it’s no sham
[Chorus]
There is no hell
There is no shame
There is no hell
Like an old hell
There is no hell
And it’s lights up, boys
Lights up boys
[Bridge]
Explosion falls upon deaf ears
While we’re swimming in a sea of sham
Living in the shadow of vanity
A complex fashion for a simple man
[Chorus]
And there is no hell
And there is no shame
And there is no hell
Like an old hell
There is no hell
[Verse 2]
And the silence flies
On its brief flight
A razor sharp crap shoot affair
And we light up our lives
And there’s no more of me exploding you
Re-exposing you
Like everybody do
Re-exploding you
I don’t know what to use
Make somebody move
Me exploding
Me exploding you
guys, stay on topic

If you look at any competitive game’s message boards, you will undoubtedly find reams of threads made by players calling for nerfs (or buffs to their preferred playstyles). Some of it is justified, but the vast majority of it is not; what really matters is if the devs actually cave-in to them or not. Thankfully, CCP seem to have this particular crowd under control.
Like other behaviour such as complaining, they can exist as long as there are never any serious negative consequences for doing so.
Players ask for nerfs because they are special snowflakes
You don’t understand the language you speak
I know you are not a troll I checked
So you must be confused or something.
Can I help?

Is this post intended to bring my attention to the editing someone did on my last post?
Those were three separate citations intended to demonstrate the respondent’s fixation with the idea that I must be experiencing some sort of grief. His premise is that I’m “butt hurt” about something his friend said and that it is motivating my response.
He’s wrong.
Anything else?
Literally I made a passing observation about how emotional you were being and you’ve spent days trying to convince me you weren’t being emotional at all, all the while telling me in capital letters what is and is not “MY PREROGATIVE”. If you could calm your butt, it wouldn’t hurt so much.
^ That is how you ended your first post in this thread. Don’t be upset when you act butt-hurt and get called out on it. The texture of your posts suggests to me you have a barely hidden agenda, an axe to grind if you will, against involuntary PvP. If someone experiences emotional trauma from playing a game they need to sort themselves out. End of story. It’s not about prerogatives.
Best pvp imo
One doesn’t simply join EVE expecting a peaceful experience lol
@ISD_Stall could you do a little cleanup?
I love my threads like I love my counter-top… clean and shiny
Seriously guys if you want to go punch each other, do it ingame
Tia
I’ll have a look when I get to my pc.
Quote where I said that. And it ain’t like I’m hiding. But how do you think it would turn out if I tried to destroy the ship of ISD Stall’s buddies?
Who cares, post on topic or don’t post at all
14 years in and you still don’t know how GD works? Well, maybe it works different for snowflakes like you than it does for the rest of us. Who knows?
