How about adding more locations where players can access level 4 security agents in the Heimatar Region. There only one station in the entire Heimatar region where you can access a level 4 security agent.
That would entail adding new agents. Find another location. The damsel isnt there
It sounds more like that you don’t have standings or use the wrong filters in the Agent Finder. Republic Parliament has 2 L4 Security Agents in Egmur and Javrendel. Republic Justice Department has 2 L4 Security Agents in Kronsur and Lustrevik. Brutor Tribe has L4 Security Agents in Balginia, Frarn, Ivar and Rens.
Not sure what you mean with the region only having 1 L4 Sec Agent location available.
