OK then. That is spamming. I would report such behavior as well, especially if repeat offense. Try doing that in fleet chat in null and get back to us.

What I find odd about the image posted, all those characters with number prefixes just screams bots. If I were a CCP employee, I would be keeping an eye on their activity. Probably the fastest path to bot detection.

I have done the same, copy motd into chat. Unless you are doing it over and over I do not consider it spam. But then that is me, not ccp. If they complain about such actions it is water of the ducks back.
