Don’t understand the problem here.
When i post channel rules , few players report spam by me at Rookie Help. Simply explaining what have happen.
‘‘Channel rules’’? Do you mean MOTD? Unless you have admin privileges in Rookie Help reloading MOTD only reloads it for you, not other players. Or do you copy paste it into the channel for everybody? That could be seen as annoying.

Yeah. Because that’s not your job. You’re not a mod in Rookie Help. Report bad actors using the tools provided and leave it to the GMs to handle. Don’t spam the channel with walls of text and you won’t be reported as a spammer.
So who are you in that screenshot?
Yes Yes interesting thing it happened all the time ..and no one is playing ISD Actor.
Why? Because players that helping using it all the time and no one need too be ISD official.
No one spam , no one been aggressive only do what all do.
Real , mean real ..when i read this reply Im facing next level in helping skills.
So if you be so kind , take your ass at Rookie Help channel and help new players.
Every time i log in to game im helping ..and do not remember Hatch activity , and it is a reason why man talks like talks.
Just looking at your killboard…the person who needs help is probably you.

The error was using the chat to chat.
No thanks. Been there, done that, a long time ago. Eventually you tire of answering the same questions over and over.
Probably because I’ve been here a lot longer than you.
Spamming the MOTD is not helpful because no one’s question is relevant to the entire MOTD. Copy/paste a selected line or link if you’re trying to help. Pasting a generalized wall of text in answer to a specific question just floods the chat (hence, you getting reported for spam).
TL;DR: Learn some chat etiquette.
Speaking of:
If you’re going to smack talk a poster speaking English, smack talk in English. It’s kind of rude to do otherwise. Also, no one’s giving you the runaround, I’m being very straight with you: I believe you were in the wrong.
OK bright star ..where is your CCP official tag? Stop speaking like you were correct no one prove anything here and CCP going speak about chat rules not you
If you don’t want player opinion, don’t post on the forums. File a support ticket if you want official CCP response.

If you are expecting CCP to respond, this isn’t the place. This is the place where you get players to respond. If you are seeking CCP, please message them.
I’m still trying to figure out what you said that triggered this, you showed a screenshot but that didn’t explain much. Which character are you in that screenshot.
I think everyone including the ISD told me more than once to get the fck out. They are all very aggressive in Rookie Chat. I stick to corp and local chat. There are no chill customers at the help desk anywhere in the known universe.

Personally I think, it is cruel and inhuman to throw those new people into Rookie Chat for 30 days.
I upload screen of aggressive user and reloaded MOTD , after i do it i copy MOTD to chat and read that im reported SPAMER.
Rookie Help is global and every kind of activity including bad behavior can be spotted there.

When you click reload MOTD it only shows for you, not for others. Also, who’s the “aggressive user”?
