AIR Career - Manufacturing Not Progressing

Have made multiple frigates, destroyers and cruisers - this path is not updating at all.

Do you need to make some very specific ships for this to update?

Edit:

Tried making a frigate again, no progress.

Edit 2:

Now I got progress for all 3 out of nowhere, I’m guessing maybe it updates after downtime?
