I now think it should be as OP wants.

I strongly advocate ccp issues every member of sabus’ corp an outfitted cap or supercap of their choice and automagically gives them all the skills to fly it at V as well. Only stipulation is that they all must immediately launch a crusade against nullsec.

It wont be Sabus leading the fleets in the war. it will be me. i have only been playing eve for a short time, and im learning game mechanics and such. but i have close to 15 years in other mmo games as a pvp leader, and of all the ICANP members im the one pushing for war
