CONCORD should be removed from HS to make it like LS/NS

Nope, highsec space is where civilization is, the seat of the four empires. If you want to fly capital ships that could threaten the sovereignty of the empires you go to lowsec or nullsec or womhole space.
Highsec players deserve to shoot anyone they want without CONCORD, having freedom to shoot only for those two regions is a nerf to highsec.

Nope you pay a sub, you have the right to recommend positive changes to the game you pay for. Or does one have to earn a good product or service when you purchase it in your eyes?
Because nullsec and lowsec both have access to them, and since those players pay the same sub in order to be able to fly them as highsec players, highsec players thus deserve those ships.
