CONCORD should be removed from HS to make it like LS/NS

Nope, highsec space is where civilization is, the seat of the four empires. If you want to fly capital ships that could threaten the sovereignty of the empires you go to lowsec or nullsec or womhole space.
Highsec players deserve to shoot anyone they want without CONCORD, having freedom to shoot only for those two regions is a nerf to highsec.
Why do they “deserve” them?

Nope you pay a sub, you have the right to recommend positive changes to the game you pay for. Or does one have to earn a good product or service when you purchase it in your eyes?
Because nullsec and lowsec both have access to them, and since those players pay the same sub in order to be able to fly them as highsec players, highsec players thus deserve those ships.

nope, easily fixed by limiting doomsdays or superweapons, no sov threatened. Also highsec is unique in restricted pvp, that is it’s style.

There’s a difference between having good customer service included in your subscription price and having guaranteed, risk-free, end-game content included in your subscription price. An utterly massive difference.
What you’re asking for is the ultimate form of Pay-To-Win, which isn’t exactly popular in the EvE community.
