Please allow disabling a mouse thumb button so I can use it as push-to-talk. Currently both thumb buttons activate UI elements. This is unnecessary.

More importantly holding either one of the thumb buttons disallows activating modules.
left-alt key is bound to the eyeball zoom look icon in the selected item box…i always tell ppl that is useless…just unbind your left alt…and use that for push to talk
