There are many options to achieve such but all require either time or money and both for other options.
I could tell you here but then I would release it to all of the hungry alpha pilots who quite possibly are sea gulling this very thread.

Whatever the case may be, they ain’t getting it. CCP isn’t nuts, they’re in it for the money and their employees aren’t gonna work for free. If the microtransactions and PLEX adds recently put into the game aren’t enough of a clue then the restrictions on Alpha clones speak for themselves.
