Having seen Archeage - a game with some promise - become a pay-to-cheat fiasco, and having heard BDO is not dissimilar, I’m concerned about EVE’s future.
I will not play a pay-to-cheat PVP game.
What firm promises regarding to the integrity of EVE’s gameplay can you make?

What do PA get out of the deal if CCP is to remain as an independent subsidiary? Nobody drops half a billion dollars (CCP only worth half a billion … damn) without expectation of returns.

In a recent published interview, a Pearl exec said: “We also hope to further our market growth with Eve Online, plans for which we’re not yet ready to announce.” Does this statement imply that EVE might become more newbie-friendly? Contain a better, easier tutorial? Emphasize single-player actions more than group-initiated play?

Can you prepare a back up of the whole game from the day they will take control of CCP? No beacause i think we will need it when after 1 year PA Eve Online will die anbd player will buy back the right to use for less of 1 M dollar by cruwfunding.

EVE is a persistent universe where changes are very hard or impossible to undo due to their impact on the economy among other things. CCP always puts a lot of thought into all the impacts of changes to the game with this limitation in mind. Will CCP be retaining this control, or will PA drive future feature development ideas? And will PA proceed with more caution due to the permanence of any changes? Related to this, will the CSM remain a point of player consultation and engagement?

is this deal almost the same as disney/marvel where ccp is still a studio and owned by PA

Did you consider going public yourself instead of becoming part of a public company?
I imagine there would have been many players interested in owning parts of CCP. A player owned EVE would have been amazing.
