Sadly. However there is no therapy for fixing what you see on the forums
Maybe it’s not fear but frustration instead? Ever thought about that? It takes ages to recover a ship loss, a contract loss, a lost station, a lost mission and so on. Tons of jumps to get a new ship, tons of work to keep a structure safe, tons of time to recover from an aborted mission.
Fear is not the only driver towards wanting convenience. Frustration is a far bigger driver. I do everything in my power to prevent any loss because it just takes so much time to recover from it. Time which I could spent doing other more enjoyable things.
The other day I lost a T3C in a PVE activity because the site spawned unusual NPC (yes, even old PVE content can be unpredicable) and it took me over an hour to get a new T3C, move it back into my home place and run the content again. Since I had to run this content to prevent others from doing it as not doing this necessary thing would create even more frustration and strive in the future. Thanks to that, this afternoon I could not do a more enjoyable bike ride in the sun because it was too late by the time I had finished all my necessary business in EVE. This whole process was such an amazing experience, I tell you. I would do this frustrating thing again every single day.
Funnily enough, the efforts to prevent loss make me frustrated, too, so it’s a nice vicious circle.
I’d settle for them removing you, and people like you. You make the rest of us hisec players look bad.
Oh there is, but nobody is willing to waste the ammo.
It’s tedious to find a good route, and you have a couple of other downsides with the NPCs and the fact that you get yourself 100km away from the wormhole itself when you warp at 0 to it, it’s a drifter holes specific mechanic. The good thing is that you can find up to 100 signatures inside, leading pretty much everywhere in New Eden.
As for Thera, Eve Scout have a public folder with all the bookmarks available to anyone, that’s very convenient but that’s what make it a bit more dangerous.
Being a smuggler is not that easy.
again, ccp will not put the sec status system up.
Odd, before the route direct from jita to amarr, people used to make things in all regions.
Only reason things would die if players are too lazy to make new resource routes or sources.
Amarr won’t die, as all the southern nulsec corps will use it as its the closest tradehub to their region.
The trade route is slowly becoming more like the old original one running through all factional space again.
We already see some items in other tradehubs cheaper than in jita. And as time goes on things will balance out.
I think the initial population rise in Amarr was people moving or selling off inventory before leaving the region.
I also think one of the most telling events of the Jita/Amarr route disruption, is that the Amarr undock is no longer camped by gankers.
I see nana is still angry about niarja
So make an alt on a spare slot on your account, leave it in Jita. Then setup courier contracts to have your stuff moved for you and buy/sell in jita and keep pvp’n instead of hauling
Gandhi would fly endless rookie ships and capsules into the Niarja gatecamps and let them get blown up until there were so many wrecks the system would crash.
BRB going to go try something…
Couldn’t the campers jut shoot the wrecks?
if people are not interested in " the adrenaline kick and fast-paced, heart-throbbing action in this game", CCP is not interested in them.
They say it is a sand box but if they don’t like the way you have chosen to play then they change the rules. What? you actually are getting along with your neighbors in null and not fighting every day? we can fix that! wait you stopped doing pew pew for awhile to do indy? We will make sure it is no longer profitable. With EvE it is ALL about the pew, and if you take a break and do something else, we will make sure the pew comes to you.
Calm down, miner.
I’m willing to bet that if you are flying Amarr ships and buying Amarr ship-related mods you would not have a hard time getting them.
Or perhaps the days of “everything in Jita” are over.
Imagine that, New Eden is big again.
The solution is simple. I am rich compared to a newbie. I’m supposed to coddle new players, that’s not CCP’s job. That most players want to play this game like a dragon hoarding gold is all the more reason to outfit a bunch of newbies in frigs/dessies and hunt down rich boy blingboats.
I’ve been to Jita maybe twice in my whole Eve carreer
45 jumps to safely jump between Amarr and Jita could be the reason.
More like everywhere in south is so much more away from Jita. Remote areas becoming even more remotier and excluded from the supply chain.
Gash…maybe if edencom was better instead of complain here
i changed my mind
now i have hope that amarr will be great again
lest evacuate jita kidos
