Standard L, learn to use it, also use passive resist mods.
Then why do you take a big immobile brick to lowsec instead of a frigate??
use ancillary rep with a second rep
fit a cap booster
make sure you have enough cap boosters to keep everything running until your anc needs to reload
at that point you are dead in the water
so just fit everything to burst full power within that time frame
basically you want your anc and cap booster to hit reload at about the same time
when that happens you will probably be dead and warping to your aligned target in your pod
with any luck you might even be warping with you ship still around your pod
a lot of times i think im dead and spam warp to get my pod out only to find my ship is still alive and in like 2% structure or something
