Omega accounts only get to actively train skills on one character in the account. To have others on it training, you need the MTC.
If your other omega account has less SP than your alpha alt, that is your fault for not keeping the skill queue updated so they keep training.
Also it depends on if your characters are specialized in certain areas, they may have less SP.
Relish in the fact that unless you use injectors, your aloha will NEVER train above 5 mil SP (unless ccp does something to change it)
Similarly, if you use your “refer a friend” code on a fresh account, only 1 character on that account will receive those SP.
I’m so glad that God blessed me with the ability to reason, and understand the whys and wherefores of the world, and avoid crying and whining and complaining and flailing about endlessly protesting about some imaginary problem.

Oh really ? In my universe, reason consists of actually responding to the specific issue raised…rather than narcissistic flailing about at straw man windmills you created yourself. It involves reading the specific things a person has said…rather than what you prefer to think they have said.
I suggest you demand a refund from your God…and follow one that has a real clue about reasoning.
