does it matter? PVE or PVP related they find the game isnât for them so they leave, this happens in every single game there is. this isnât only happening in EVE.

I feel like itâs implied in CCPâs statement that youâre actually doing these things âwithâ hundreds of thousands of other players, but that could just me reading too much into it. Honestly, I didnât think about it, so point taken.
It only matters if you care that people are leaving, so I suppose it wouldnât matter for everyone. I would think a prerequisite for keeping players would be knowing why they leave in the first place. I never said this only happened in EvE, but I do think that EvE has a lower retention rate than most other MMOs, at least based on a cursory Google search.
